At the end of 2020, some of the uncertainties that had weighed for many months (Brexit, American elections...) have dissipated. However, the rebound of the epidemic threatens the economic recovery that had begun. Faced with this risk, government responses are far from being homogeneous. The United States seems ready to deliver a strong and sustained support to growth, while in Europe, the question of the extent and duration of the fiscal support is still to be answered.
